Don't most just replace the front grille instead of removing just the emblem due to what you are experiencing?

Default Fill my grill holes..

Yes, I too want to fab a fix for the debadged grill. I have a temporary H there, see below, 'POLAR XB' Photo. But I want a better solution. I am looking into ceramic tiles that are white and emblazened with the letter 'X' and another with an 'H' and one with a 'B' and perhaps one with an 'XB'. I want them secured with a plastic tie so I can swap them out as my whim and mood dictate.

I will post any reasonable solutions that I come across.
Is there anyone who does ceramics as a hobby? I need a tile 1 1/2 inch by 1 7/8 inch.
