Rear Wiper Hole
Somebody I saw had a bB badge over it, and it covered it well, but then instead of looking dumb because there's a giant hole, he looked dumb for having a curiously non-centered badge.
P.S. BOX XOB, cool plate

remove the wiper arm, then open the hatch remove the carpeted panel inside you will see the wiper motor remove the plug that is connected to it and then remove the three bolts that attach the motor to the hatch assembly and you are done. Then put the panel back on.

I've seen them removed and the hole filled, welded and repainted. That's a ways down my list of things to do... probably when I get custom lights done and have to get that painted as well.
Just have to clean the windows by hand until then. My wife's van has a rear wiper, and while it's handy, I hate the way it looks on there.

I used a 1 inch plug. It was a little loose so it might be possible to go up a size depending on what's available. The adhesive sealant I used too care of the extra movement.
Shaving is basically just making something smooth. This would not technically be shaving because the hatch isn't completely smooth. To really "shave" it I would have to fill the hole, make it smooth and flush with the rest of the panel and repaint so you can't tell anything was there.

I used the plugs found in the "Help" section of Pep Boys. The 1 inch chrome fits the best.

I used paint that I got from www.paintscratch.com to color it then clear coated it. I bent the tabs back to make it more snug then used a bunch of sealant to seal up the rest of the hole. Since I can't afford the cost of shaving and painting it right now this seemed like a decent alternative.
