yeah, i've been trying to think about what to do with the tail lights. i dont like the ones on the market right now and i dont like the smoked look.

i'm gonna start a led tail light project, so hopefully, that'll solve my tail light problem

as for the hood, i'm not usually a carbon fiber fan (i dont like cf everything) but i like how the hood as given my car so much contrast in the part that displays the most personality, the front

i feel that it has cf hood is a good touch. i'm not really feeling the stripe idea

i like my carbon fiber raw! give it to me super rare

i wish had made a how to for the headlights.

here's the quick and dirty:

1. take off bumper
2. take off headlights
3. pop headlights into oven and pull glass apart
4. tape down areas and paint
5. place headlights back into oven
6. put headlights back on car
7. enjoy!

my other roommate is gonna get a 06 pw xb and might go for that panda look. if we do his headlights, i'll make a how to

yeah, i did the installation myself. i was suprized how easy it was.

i helped lower my roommate's tc and it was tough! i can probably lower a xB is less than an hour now.

i'm running on 215s. it rubs at the weirdest times and i have negitivie camber... the springs say that it's a 2 inch drop... and they have settled because they were on my friend's car for like a year

these springs are only for now. my friend took it off his car and asked me if i wanted to use these until i figure out what i want to do with the suspension (air bags, coils)

i feel that it isn't low enough though... it just looks normal now. the stock ride height is way to high + big rims

i'm thinking about getting the tein super streets (coilovers) i can drop a little lower than 2 inches with that. probably 2.2 or 2.3

i've heard really good stuff about the goldlines. the tanabe DF210s are real popular too. that's probably a good choice. the installation is the same on all of them. i personally like the coilovers because the ride would be better and they're adjustable


that IS300 looks hot! i love IS300s. that's the car i wanted to get instead of the xB, but it was too much... i like how the stripe looks on the hood, but i dont think it'll look good on the xB. the IS300 has more curves whereas the xB is more boxy. it would look funny on my car...
