Default RS 4 Paint help

My RS4 Was backed into in a parking lot. The body shop seems unable to match the color. Have given them the color code but that didnt seem to do the match.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Need hepl bad please. They have had my box 3 weeks and I really want it back.

I knew this was bound to happen with these body shops! I had to repaint my rear bumper and my buddy that works at a body shop painted it using their fancy, expensive computer but it still didn't match correctly.
I could just imagine the problems with the RS4 paint code...

Well they finally got it right, I hope. Took 3 weeks. I pick it up today and hope it is right. Looked at it Friday and it appeared fine. The link was helpfull. Getting this right is a pain. Dont smash your RS4.

Oh, needed to add, the paint code does not match the RS4 paint. Scion used that paint code from another car and then added color stuff to it. The thread that ajayaitch provided tells the story. The added color is from Dupont and I think is called Chroma-Color and is made by someone elase and sold as Dupont. Takes a lot of mixing to get it right. Also the color is $400.00 a pint.

just as I expected with the RS4 color...It is such a unique color, it would scare me to death to scratch it...glad to hear they got it straightened out!
