(i hope so) but yeah PM the price once u have it worked up, i really want one... this will most likely make me get a FAB kit with the bottom license plate like in the pic >:] if i decide to get it :D

me personally im just going to extend the wires to the push button that you use to open the hatch now...and mount it in the panel next to the left rear seat. that way all i have to do is open the rear door and push the button. hopefully that will open it far enough i can just put my fingers under it and pull the rest of the way up, otherwise i'll have to get fancy and get a door popper and remote.

popping it is the easy part, it takes 1 relay, 1 proxity sensor, and some creativity. mount it such a way that you can swipe a spot in the glass and "pop" the hatch opens ;)

If you are interested hit me up and I get ya a parts you need list.

you should get the touch sensitive door popper. saw some at SEMA. just touch the sensor and the door/hatch/trunk pops open. BALLIN!

yea thats a similar concept, that company is using a Touch Film, Im using a radio transmitter/receiver same concept as a radar. the Proximity sensor sends a radio signal out and comes back if the waves are distrupted then the sensor operates a "trigger"

Thats correct, the only way around that is, some ultra un senstive proc's I found some that have a 2" range, perfect for our applications, which means it gives you a 4" radius "hot spot"
