I'm think about losing my spoiler and going for a matching OEM one. I like mine, but it's pretty big and I don't plan on going for a body kit. I wanted my car to look more like this.


Replace the gold rims with black of course, and the fenders in the future.

I think the oem spoiler looks a tad better. Open to all opinions and if I decide to go oem I will sell the bbist one for around 200.

I like the bBist spoiler and the OEM one. I have the OEM one on mine. its a hard decision to me! Get your windows tinted too!

 

It's all a matter of personal taste...I like the bBist one better than the OEM one which is why I got it. I take it that your's is the CF one? Otherwise I would suggest painting yours possibly to match your xB...that might make it "flow" better with the direction your trying to go with your vehicle...

My thoughts at least...good luck with your decision...I know it;s not an easy one!!!

i kind of like this one, and I have not seen it on a car yet. it is like a slighlty extended version of the factory spoiler. So it will be a cool subtle difference. An this place offers factory painting:

eh I am curretly having my Type 2 wing painted right now. would you trade straight up for the cabron wing? Yeah cabron wing. I have a PW box too. Ill even ship it to you free of charge.

 

Nah I rather it non painted. Im thinking Ill keep the carbon one until it actually begins to fade or look crappy, then just go for the oem one.

You know steve said he was making more carbon ones in January right?

yeah i have my PW oem and a tcm one from my friend. I even have 3 cabron-carbon fiber hoods for civics. I havent had a honda in like 8 yrs. lol. I even have a black OEM grille too. These things just end up in my garage. For some reason I end up gathering stock parts all over. lol.

 

Would you be willing to sell the oem PW one? I don't even need hardware Im gonna tape it on the car.

 

sorry man, but I tend to hold on to it because when it comes time to sell the car, i can easly reinstall that wing to get a better resale for it. I think k2 sells like OEM style one, but what sucks about that one is you drill from the inside of the hatch. kinda like blind drilling. if that makes sense.

 

What about switching to the CF OEM style wing?

Trd sparks had one for 235 painted and shipped, thats a pretty good deal.
