I have a 06 BSP xB and I really want to put the Side Mirrors with the Turn Signal, I just called my local dealer ( Smithtown Scion in Long Island, NY )
and the dude was like $250 a mirror but it would be Yellow and I would have to paint it so that would prob total like $650. That's to rich for my blood.

So what can I do?

ebay has a few of the cheap slip on covers but without going with the yellow rs style you may be stuck....

 

ahhh man that sux cause that is alot of money for that mod.....if I get the rs1 version do you know if its the whole housing or is it a slip on like the ebay knockoffs?

 

There are JDM mirrors with the turn signal. There aren't any on ebay right now, but they do pop up from time to time.

Generally, the dealership wouldn't be able to order the yellow RS2 mirrors without a VIN from an RS2. The release series parts are limited only to those cars... again, that's generally the case.

Another option is ordering new mirrors, but the 'tuner replacement' one are pretty crappy.

i think the jdm ones cost more than the rs2 ones do. as everyone on here says..... you gotta pay to play! if this hobby were cheap then everyone would do it!. best bet is to get those covers off ebay or do something original and unique!

 

The RS2 (Solar Yellow) covers are just that covers not replacement housings, they mount with 3m tape onto the stock mirror back.
This is more what your looking for, I can't say about fitment I have never seen a set stateside, but it looks like your motors bolt into them and they come painted BSP

I'm so glad I bought my RS2 mirrors for $150, about 5 years ago and paid my boy $50 and a 12 pack to paint them BCP!

 

Did they plug directly into the existing door harness and work without any problems?

 

I had to wire up the LEDs to the side marker light, on the fenders! They've been on my Box since I installed them and they still work just fine!
