Can someone help me with the Horizontal cutoff line height setting for these? I have a set and been having trouble finding a good setting.

 

At 25' out on a flat surface, the cutoff line should be about 3" below the height to the center of the bulb on the car. So if the center of the bulb to the ground was 3' exactly, the cutoff line should be at 2'-9".

The distance between the two hotspots should be equal to the distance between the two bulbs.

It doesn't get any easier than that.
