Sports lid install HELP!!

Any one know how to install the lid, instructions are in jap. and I don't wanna miss someithing. Thanks!

this has been discussed in the search about 100 times.......

Cliff's Notes:

drill the old pop rivets out, install new pop rivits, use glue to keep the new gas cap cover attatched to the old one, done...
