nice to hear... now that we've heard from 18,000 of the registered 20,000+ members who've said it's impossible. Considered doing it just becuase of that alone. Good luck with it SA - look forward to seeing how it comes out.
AS everyone says (and are right for a refreshing change) the biggest obstacle is the wheel well arch in the door. the curved area makes for hard hinge placement. BUT there is room above for two LONG hinges that are welded to the door itself along the length of the inside of the door almost all the way to the B-piller edge and a nearly as long section that welded/braced inside the body under the rear 1/4 glass. basically, the door would ride on these two long hinges. They look normal from the outside but with the internal length and bracing you would solve the door sag problem - but you would need BOTH, no matter how long, just one will sag. They don't have to be no more than 5 or 6" apart - just need both. It's actually a very simple mod to do for someone so inclined to do it.
Gotta remember - some of the hardest things to do on a car are really the easiest... if you sit down and think it out first. A lot of these shops have watched to much OCC and American Hot Rod and try to over-complicate everything. KISS -- Keep It Simple Stupids.

suicide, its a suicide
Like some people said before...it IS POSSIBLE, but it will required a lot more modification and money to get it done than on other vehicles. Therefore, if you got it..you are the shiznit!!!
I will be watching for pics posted with interest!

I honestly don't understand the whole "average looking chicks in bikinis standing next to cars with overbearing graphics" thing.
If you do rear suicides, please don't lambo the front. Suicides are classy. Lambos are just tacky.
And yes, it is possible. It's been done in japan with intergration of the B pillar into the back door.

I can be done!! I had a foreind that did a 4door S10 Blazer. its llots of work becuse of teh wheel well and you have to use one of those universal hot rod hinges nad you also have to weld a reinforcment like a box tube to hold the hinge and than graph back on the part that was cut out .. pretty complecated but i saw how it was done and any hot rod shop porb could do it for you but is prob goig to cost you an arm and leg. as for a bold on kit i wouldnt thing it would be possible becuase it is a custom job to do something like that.. the job on the blazer i could hang onthe door and it wouldnt sag.. is if oyu have the right shop to do it it can be done right
