(The AS1 marking reflects the class of safety glazing used on the windshield; all windshields must have an AS1 marking.)

I had mine matched all the way around. It looks sweet, but watch the side windows when driving, it definitely impairs visibility.

I just got my two fronts done wit 20%, I think, and from certain angles it looks great (the tints still wet ) but from other views its obvious they arent the same. Im going to probably go back and get all around done. My question is what should they put on the back to match the fronts better.

California huh? 70% is the darkest you can go if the state law says 70%. That is extremly light, barely noticeable. BTW, 70%+20% does not equal 100%, why do you think 20% is ok? What made you pick that number?

The lower the percentage, the dark the film is.

It says that 70% light is allowed in Isnt that different than saying 70% is the darkest you can go

No. Whatever the tint laws lists as the percentage, that is the darkest you can go. http://www.tintdude.com/laws.html

In florida the darkest you can go on the front doors is 28%. At the shop I work at, we use LLumar film. They make 30%. That is the darkest you can go in Florida.

I'm going to be putting 20% on all of mine except the front.

I've got a truck that I put 20% all around and the ENTIRE windshield. I had to put real HID's in to see that my headlights are on at night. I got pulled once for the headlights. lol.. Cop said, 'you know those lights are illegal?' And I said, 'no sir.' And he told me I'd have to remove them and I asked, 'then how will I be able to see through my illegal tint if I do?' lol...

He looked in my car, shook his head and said get out of here, but take it off soon. haha I've been driving it since '97 and that was in '03.

But, I digress... sorry for the tangent. It looks like it will be 20% on sides and back for me in the box.
