Most people just tap into the parking lights.

 

the black wires on led go to good body ground then find which ever power source you want to use for halos just put an in line 5 amp fuse so you don't blow the leds then sky's the limit find a power source. use a poke style tester then turn on just parking lights .... poke around till the light goes on then use that one i found a wire that was hot only when the engine was running so the halos are like driving lights always on even if headlight switch is off
