you know i hate threads that start "this kit is so ugly" to each his/her own

thats scions slogan and we should understand that. i like the front fenders but im not into he flashy body kit. some crazy body kits can look better than clean ones.

These threads start quick fights, lets keep it adult please

 

The color and all is nice but i'm just not feelin the front bumper. IMO it makes the xB look taller. To each his/her own!

 

TANTALIZEDMIND is a HATER! I think its bad A$$ but its what the owner likes. And its way different. In my opinion I like different.

i like the paint job.. not a big fan of the body kit though

 

i like think it kicks butt. its orginal and i like that, not my cup of tea but two thumbs up for orginality. really the only thing im not crazy about is the yellow fog lights, i would have went with clear but still great imagination man

 

It's not my taste but as said before to each his own, and as far as tantalizedmind he needs to post in the tC owners lounge and stay out of the xB owners lounge.

this is exactly why I love the xB...there are no limits on the creativity that shows up on them. I like the two-tone paint, the air dam? not sure...but it sure got all this attention and I am sure it gets a lot of attention everywhere it shows up.

 

you should've seen it on the drag strip against Stylis (PrecisionMuffler).. they had some fun out there!



both had body kits.. ... crazy *****... all in good fun

 

Except Stylis' looks much better, and doesn't have the need for the two lighthouse foglights neither.

 

I've seen an xB with the same kit...In buena park/cypress college are. I used to see it alot over around lincoln/valley view (for those who know this area). Seeing that kit in person, I feel like it elongates the front end a bit much, and it may not be my thing- but I still like it better than seeing stock boxes. So lets not rip it.


it's funny to me too...peeps rip the look of that kit, but said that the one on the left in this pic looked cool- and it makes the car look like a scarob beetle or something.
To each their own. The best you can say would be "I wouldn't get thqat kit".
Of course, people aren't so excited to post in a thread that says: "Not my favorite kit, so I wouldn't get it."

 

yeah the black mafia kit and the evo kit are both pretty damned horrible and make me want to puke.

The evo kit was cool... on my eclipse.

The sides on that thing are basic Fab side skirts... and I have those fenders and the fab kit... all sitting in the garage... waiting to be painted.

Kudos to them for doing something different... but frown-y faces for the ugliness.

Its not that bad in person. I knew a guy who had the Evo5 kit on his xB and it was definately different. I think in pics the front end gets exaggerated. Dont get me wrong, the kit is out there but at least respect the owners decision and hard work put in. Something can be butt ugly but it doesnt mean it didnt take lots of skill and time to accomplish. Always respect....
