Give your opinion which do i get LEDS or NEONS? Does anyone have purple neons? Are they bright? WHat about LEDS, Are theybright ? here are your choices.

im pretty sure purple neon would be bright. but i have leds and i like the way they came out.

LEDs are the way to go... Oznium does them great!

I don't think I would go with ebay LEDs.

 

Im not concerned with the fact that there from ebay, but thanks for the concern, i just want something under $100. Sometimes you get what you bay for, sometimes you overpay.

 

That is very true. But I love my inferno kit from Oznium. Btw, if you do get these from ebay, please post a review on how they came and how the quality is.

I'd love to get a cheap set for a friend.

 

No Doubt bro, Imma order tomorrow or sunday, that way i dont have to wait out the weekend, Also I should get my interior lights that i ordered for oznium, Go oznium! WOOT they are the only place i could find REAL purple cathodes for my interior not the uv stuff, not enough light for me.

 

i too would prefer an oznium kit (i've installed 2 so far, easy as heck to do, bright as hell to boot), but seeing as your choice is between these two only, i would go for the led. reasoning- led tubes are less likely to break.

right now i have neons, and i am very happy with them, but i would say go LED... i have heard so much good stuff bout' them... brighter, last longer, and so on... but i also hear a little bit more pricey than the regular neons

 

oznium is where it's at. I did my interior with cathodes for around $20. I'm positive you could do it for under $100 and I would suggest LED light strips or the cathode kits.
