yeah, the japanese customizing scene has two extremes, the ones who are purely go fast, no messing around with parts that don't contribute to speed .... and the other crowd that is all style. the trend (as i've gathered in my past experience) is that with van/truck/wagon type vehicles, nihongo tuners like to put on extremely FAT flares and fenders and deep dish wheels and then give them some crazy camber.

and they're usually pretty sick.
