not trying to e a dick but it seems like it still needs some finish work...you can still see the bodywork beneath the paint

Yeah, it needed more hammering, shaping and smoothing before paint, especially the roll of the center section and area between the back corners of the opening and the washer jets.

 

whew...glad I wasnt alone on this

This hood is still in the prototype stage. Im still trying to find a scion so I can get some picture for you guys. I just created this thread to see if people like it if no one liked it was gonna get trashed but since i have some good response I am going to clean it up and send it off to get carbon fiber, thx for the response guys!

 

Hood scoops look silly on scion xBs.

 

Yeah, but technically it's more of a vent than a scoop.

here is the Hood mounted on a scion xb the color is off so please use your imagination

 

cleaned up and smoothed I would take one Cf or painted.

 

I don't like it. Why do you want or need a big hole in the hood?

hey that's my g/f's car, just did it last night. btw, hoods fits great.
