Aye so i just picked up some rain guard for a hell of a deal.....It come with the 3mm tape on it ready to go. How should i prep my window seal for it to stick and will the factory 3mm tape stick? (cause it looks real skinny) or should i add more 3mm tape?

Make sure that you clean the contact area real well with alcohol cause if you don't, that bad boy will be coming off later on!

 

Walmart has been clearancing "Adhesive Remover", also known as wax and grease remover. They're blue cans and go for around $4. With it's ultra low vaporization point, it's even safe for most plastics. Make sure you give it time to dry. Alcohol also works.....just not sure how well Iso works on total wax removal.
