Maybe we need a visual. can someone do a photoshopped version? I think it may have some potential. Potential to go bad? yes. no but really, if someone could do one, i think that will definitely help us cast a vote.

 

Early on I liked the idea. It would make the xB look sort of like the custom vans of the late 70s but to keep with the style lines, it should be along the Lund squared look to be cool without all the rivet/ screw covers. Must be smooth!

To be pratical, it would kill what little aerodynamics and drag the gas milage down to 25 mpg or less. Finally, I am 6'1", I sit so far back from the window that it would have no real functional value.

Heh. I remember my dad's '39, '46, and '53 Chevys had those added.

Of course the hood of his '46 also had Buick hood portholes along each side...

Do I want 'em on my xB? NO! I already have more than enough wind resistance with the box shape...
