Default Wiring Problem??

So i bought a set of the dual halo projector headlights, wired the leds to my turn signals with t-taps, and started having problems. I have no speedo gauge lights, no license frame lights, and when i hit my left hand signal, my speedo lights blinks with the blinker along with the cupholder led and brake light . Im trying to figure it out, even disconnected and put everything back to the way it was before halos but no such luck.. Any suggestions??

Wow, that is a terrible situation. I wish I could offer a fix, but all I can recommend is to put the stock lamps back in, bring it to the dealership with the halos, tell them what you did and what happened as a result, and see if they will a) fix it under warranty (I've heard of such a thing happening with aftermarket mishaps) or 2) pay them to fix the problem, which will probably require them to buy new wiring and install it (not a cheap ordeal). Either way, that sounds like bad news.

I had a similar problem, whats happening is your splicing into the wrong wires. I was having my dash light up when I put it into reverse, both signals flashed when I put my brakes on etc. its just an easy fix when you switch the wires around.

Check all your fuses.

I like to wire all add'l lights and gauges with separate switches to avoid messing all the stock wiring. Makes it easier to control what is going to light up and when. Then you can tap into the new wiring with anything you decided to add later.
