Have to chuckle looking at the Home Loan xB, looks like they got behind with a payment and had to sell a wheel. LOL

See way too many here in the city and it makes the xB look like garbage.

 

I haven't seen any here. I like the first one best. Can I get paid to do that?

 

Not to be a NOoB - But how do they do that - what does it cost - and does it crap up the paint underneath?

Wow, one for a car wash! Black too! They must wash the thing every day just so they don't make their sponsor or business look bad.

All good stuff. One of the xB's many forms is that of a giant rolling billboard and it's good to see some of them done up that way.

Yeah, i just bought my first home, and i talked the realty lady into buying an xB for her company car. She later told me that the realty company will pay anyone with an xB or a new bug $150 a month to have it wrapped in thier advert. (which they also pay for) not a bad deal.....not for me....but not a bad deal.

does anyone have pics of boxes wrapped simply for style?

 

The wrap is printed on a wide format inkjet printer. The material that is used is usually a specially treated vinyl that is adhesive on one side and has the ink receptor on the other. In most cases they will cover the strip usually 24"- 36" wide with a thin laminate. The strips are then applied and trimmed. Cost? If you get off cheap and are only doing the sides between the wheelwells about $500-$600. Sides, windows, hood and back figure $1,000 to $1,500 on the low end up to 2,000+ for the whole thing.

 

Man i would let my box get wrapped up by companies like Redbull or something like the Tecate Beer.

I was googling for car wrap and saw that company, and noticed they have wrapped a lot of xB.

 

 

this one is my girlfriends bosses i have been helping them with some wraps fore the last fuw months and tha are nice some of them i might thank of doing one some time

 

I like the Tecate one. It's unique.

 

 

That monster car looks good too I would so do that one to my box.
