Looking for a spoiler that is not factory. It doesn't have to be cf. Would like it to look something like the Type R spoiler from the '96 Civic. Any ideas of a good place to pick one up?

 

96 type r spoiler...so u like the fins on the end. the closest thing i know of is the aeromaster typeII spoiler

 

Wow , imo that would look retarded as all hell , but i would go to a junker , find the wing you like and mold it to fit the box. Would be a great custom project and pretty cheap if ya know how to do some body work.

Its too bad your not in the bay area, I would tell you to go visit our friends at RAZO, they have a lot of spoilers in the show room and would probably allow you to semi test fit them.
Maybe you can come down and visit their show room sometime, they are located here in Milpitas. :D

Matt, get in touch w/ EVILDAVE. I'm not sure what he's going to do w/ his OEM wing, now that he has the cf Fab style. Its in TCM.

 

Not that i want the exact same as the Type R but that style. Little bigger and more agressive than stock.

 

You want a bow style spoiler? as in a large wing protruding upward? Or do you want a spoler similar to stock but larger and higher in the air? Help us by describing the look better.

 

ive got a fiberglass civic wing; you'd have to see it; ill take pix

Similar to oem just a little bigger. Not a whale tial like of the CRX or 911.

I have also been looking for a Spoiler for my XB. I came across an outfit on Ebay that produces spoiler OEM style and Aftermarket for specific make and models. They have two types available for the XB. The way htey represent themselves it appears they make the OEM spoiler for the XB for Toyota and saved the mold to make their own knock offs. I have not made a purchase yet but they look reputable. Once winter breaks I will make the purchase.
