Default Yet another Billet Grille thread...(Sorry)

I know you guys are probably so sick of these threads. I've been searching these boards all day and I get that most here are all about the B-Cool Billets. I haven't decided yet, if I want to replace just the upper main grille, or all three grilles?! I think I'd like to start with just the upper grille, however I can't find a site that just sells the B-Cool upper grille. So, I've been looking at 2 other brands, Grillcraft and T-Rex. Are these decent brands? Or does someone know where to buy just the upper B-Cool grille? I just bought a set of dual halo projection headlights, so I'd like to install them and the grille at the same time.
I'd appreciate any thoughts and or opinions.

Grillecraft just came out with some billet grilles, they are sexy.

Check out www.namotorsports.net for pics.

The pricing is nice on the Grillcraft billet grills, but I am not so sure about the quality. Even the picture of the upper grill on NAMotorsports' site shows some issues. Not all of the bars are perfectly aligned. If it was something that could be fixed by hand before installation and photographs it should have been. If it is something that couldn't be fixed, I definitely wouldn't give them a second look.

So far, nothing has convinced me to look at any option other than the B-Cool Billets for the wife's xB when the time comes.

As we talked about in PM, here's mine by Putco. Now available from any Scion dealer through the Optomized program at a rediculous price.

Gonna steal a bit of bandwidth from Greg Rose to show them on a BOP for you:

The Putco grills appear to be very high quality. I have just never liked that style of grill. (A single cut piece of aluminum.) Especially when you can see the intermittent vertical bracing.

Just be very careful when installing and you should be ok..

I love the look of that style versus some of the othhers..

The fit is decent. And unless theyve changed them the top is not direct bolt on. you have to drill to holes in your top support and two in the top of your bumper.

Stull is a decent brand, but the xB unit isn't as high of quality as the B-Cool Billets. I haven't seen any other brand of that style grill with the same quality as B-Cool for the xB. Unfortunately, I think B-Cool knows this and it is reflected in their price.

I'm surprised you didn't like the Grillcraft billet grilles. We've been selling the Grillcraft products for over 3 years now and their quality is unmatched in the aftermarket grille market. We've sold plenty of xB grilles in mesh and a few in billet with many happy customers.

If anyone has any questions about the Grillcraft grilles, please do not hesitate to call me toll free at 1-877-NAMOTORS, send an email or PM!
