Um, kinda tacky. Don't go for the obvious (picture of the Earth). I've always been a fan of simple and neat advertising. I'll go take a picture of the vinyl I have on my back windo advertising my own company to give you an idea....be right back...

Well, I shouldn't have called it "advertising", as much as branding. In my line of work, I actually don't want too much business, but more of a branded appeal. I pick and choose my clients carefully, and actually turn down quite a bit of business from cients that don't fit our image. It's kind of elitist, I know. But in my line of work, it's more profitable to be exclusive and/or ****.

 

Shizznid's ad looks nice and neat, it has style.

Gardiner's is a bit cluttered but it gets the message across.

 

Try fatter non generic fonts and make earth pic way bigger and tuck it in the corner of the glass, may be you dont have to have the complete circle, make it partially eclipsed by the rear hatch. Also having a pic of the earth and a word "local" is kind of ... i dont know, you know what i mean?

 

Kind of confusing with so many names. I like the world idea.

 

It doesn't look local. The globe is showing Africa.

 

I like clean advertising too. You make the assumption that people are actually going to read all of that info but you only have their attention for a GLANCE at best, what is MOST important to say? The globe isn't too cool IMPO, do you guys have a logo? Logos and branding are big in business. At the very least, I would find a good looking font and stick with it on your letterhead, on your website, window ad etc, If you use a generic font, I would italicize the website name.

I started reading the back and quickly got bored... I would loose some of the names.

Also "Your Local" and "The Worlds Best" don't work together for me.

 

After comments from people here and other places I came up with my final thoughts. My broker has approved this one. I thank you all for the help. Also, the globe is just a clip art I have. For the sign it will be a nice photo of Earth with the US showing.

 

Looks a lot better :D

My view on this is, if people see it, then its all good. If it pays the bills and food on the table, leave it the way it is.

 

The sign shop sent me a proof for me to approve on my rear window as, here it is.

The larger Earth really helps. Less text is nice as well.

 

It costs more but it definitely gets attention at night, but you might think about making the letters reflective. It doesn't have to be everything, just something to get some night owls attention. Other than that, what you have looks real good.
