Default 2004 6-Disk HU and iPod

I've got an 04 xa and the upgraded 6 disk cd changer.
Is there any way to hard-wire an ipod connector to it? I've herad of the AUX Pod and things like the Ice-Link, but all of them state that they replace a cd changer....
Because the changer on my HU is in-dash, will this make a difference? I love my changer, but now that i have my 40gb ipod, i'd like that in there too.

I looked around search, but didnt find anything that quite fit my situation. If i missed it, please pass the link on to me.

Thanks,
John

Well, since no one helped me i guess i might as well lend some info to anyone curious enough to look...
The Ice-Link Plus for toyota/scion/lexus kit does work with my 2004 6-disc head unit (stock)
The unit plugs into the back where an EXTERNAL cd changer would plug in. Everything works perfectly from there.

Best buy had a mislabeled unit, so i got the $199.99 Ice-Link Plus for $17.99. I love errors and honor laws forcing them to give it to me at that price.

So thats how it goes, Ice-Link works great.

Don't take the lack of reply personally - I posted 2 questions about iPod installation and got no replies - maybe nobody is doing it? I'll have to look into your solution. I have the stock system w/one cd.

the same setup should work, unfortunately, denison isn't making the toyota adapter anymore as far as i can tell.
the Best Buy near my house (santa clarita, ca) has one more, but i doubt you'll be able to get it for $17.99, that was a once in a lifetime fluke :p

I'll check out your other posts though, since now i have some knowledge and insight.

you have a few options. for a direct tie in, you can get a fm modulator that plugs directly into your antenna. you then run a rca-phono patch cord to where your ipod will sit. these are much better then the fm transmitters because your directly tie'n the signal into the radio through the fm radio.

then you got the fm transmitters and if the radio has it a aux input.
