I do know plenty of people and I am sure there are many out there that use 3m for those difficult mounts as a substitution for drilling, but when using the dental floss removal and gu-gone after, most likely it won't effect paint will it ?

 

No, it should come off clean.

 

i got some esam knock off visors that did not stick well so i used some 3m double sided tape that cost about 300+ dollers a roll and works great untill i hit some 50+mph winds and ripped it off lol..the residue will dry out then you can clean it off its a bit of a pain but the paint is fine,,

My real E'Sam's are stuck on with only 3m double sided bumper tape and they have not moved an inch.

 

The 3M is good as long as you prep the surface that it's gonna stick to. Clean it real well and then wipe it down with some alcohol.

 

yeah ..it was my work that has the tape, i just borrowed some lol the alcohol wipes work really good and easy to use to..
