Default 4x4 xB Pic

Ok, so I don't start many threads on here, but I had to when I did a google image search and saw this.

So is it photoshopped all to crap....or someone's evil creation?

True story.. I visited a friend in Terre Haute, IN and was parked in front of his house. Sitting out on his front porch with a drink and this 80's bodystyle Firebird pulls up on a 4x4 chasis. Guy starts to park behind my Mustang and almost hits my ride. I turn around mumbling something like "yeah just go ahead and hit my car..." and hear a crash behind me. Turn back around and the front of this monstrosity is buried in my trunk. Guy tells me the brakes went out. Funniest thing was when the cop showed up to fill out the report and he called the guy over and asked, and I quote: "What exactly do you call this thing". If I recall the guy said it was an '84 Trans-Am 4x4... SIGH.. Also seen that same weekend in Terre Haute was an 80's model Mercury Cougar on a 4x4 chasis... truly an amusing town to visit just for the...uh.. local scenery ;)

I saw a show, I think it might have been monster garage, that showed a business that did nothing but turn Deloreans into 4x4s. Im not sure if anyone else saw it.

That is a horribly executed photoshop job. And it is painfully obvious for anyone with half an eye for these things.

I think they sell those here in South TX.... Oh wait, those are ATV's

I'm guilty. I would buy or build one.

1 rolling jeep 4X4 chassis + 1 gutted xB = xBEAST!

the biggest give aways besides the shadow and pixelization... look into the drivers window, check out what appears to be the steering wheel, obviously an akward posistion... and also the side skirts around the wheels they have that angle cut... not bad though, might fool a blind person...

for those that think this is NOT a photoshop, let me point out some inconsistencies in the photo.

1.the angle at which it is shown.
look at the siding on the house on the left. the curb. the position of the pavement.
compare the REAL environment to the position of the 4 tires.
then compare THAT to the car.
notice it?
it seems that the passenger side of the car is HIGHER than the driver side.

2.the 4x4 decal is too bright.

<<SOMEbody STOP MEEE!!!!>>

3.the red beneath the car is too saturated.

4.ofcourse the above mentioned pixelation around the car.
