Hi, I ordered a Dragon Cold-Air Intake on EBAY from ABTIVAN CONCEPTS. LOL, worst mistake because I have yet to receive the intake. I get different stories on the phone every time i call. Ok here is what happened:

I sent money order certified to them. They received on Feb. 24th, so I was guessing around March 1st-2nd. Mind you I ordered a strut bar from another company in Cali and I got it 4-5days after I they got my money so I figured Intake should be there a day or two after the strut bar. NO, I called on March 11th and she said sorry, but that she would ship it UPS 3-day. I had no problem with this until now. I called today Friday March 19th. Do the math (8 days) and she said oh we sent it yestarday. I thought she was ____ting me so I said what the hell woman you told me last week you were going to ship it last Friday. She said oh well you'll get it monday maybe. I told her I was going to tell everyone not to order from them and she said verbatum "Do whatever you want" so I am.

DO NOT ORDER FROM ABTIVAN, I AM SURE YOU CAN FIND SOMEONE ELSE WHO CARES ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS MORE THAN THEY DO. THEY LIED TO ME ON THE PHONE AND IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND NO INTAKE. THEY DIDNT APPOLOGIZE THE SECOND TIME I CALLED ABOUT THEM TELLING ME IT WAS SENT A WEEK AGO. SO, IF THEY DONT CARE I DONT CARE.

Definately leave them negative feedback. That's total crap!!!

 

Thats why you use paypal. Sending checks and money orders is an open invitation to get screwed. That is one of the first things I look for in an auction, what are the payment options....

Did you check the sellers feedback before you placed your bid for the intake? I usually watch out for that when i bid.

 

of course, and it was actually pretty decent. Nothing to be scared about!!!!

 

His last sale was in June. He is no longer a Registered User..... RED FLAG

isn't Leo is the guy who makes the Dragon intake? Cut the middlle man and get it from him instead.

Why do everybody's comments always look the same?

i,e. "FAST SHIPPING! A+++"
"GREAT SERVICE"

Then it seems to repeat the same comments over and over, but from different users.

 

Being you paid by Money Order and sent it Certified Mail - Would the Post Office not be liable for Mail Fraud / Call the Post Office and ask that they trace the Money Order and put a stop on it ....... The US Postal System will help !!

There are A$$HOLES on Ebay that enjoy stealing other peoples money which is wrong ... Go to the Post Office an file a complaint !

 

i am sure they have already cashed the money order since i sent it like a month ago anyways, but they said it should be here today. HA HA the UPS guy already came and gone. For their sake, it had better come tomorrow.

Perhaps ebay buyers aren't very creative? How much can you say about the fact that the item arrived and was as expected?

Perhaps they're so happy that they didn't get ripped off they use lots of pluses and exclamation points?

Perhaps the seller has made a few "shill" sales to himself and posted his own feedback?

 

As a frequent e-bayer I have to agree. When I leave feedback I don't even try to be creative. I just want to leave it and get on with life.

 

yeah, just a quick "great buy im happy" usually works when i leave feedback on the bay, cause who wants to spend their time thinking of new and exciting feedback comments to leave?
