Default Aftermarket Scion parts

Ok, I plan on getting a '06 Flint Mica Scion xA this summer, and I'm just wondering, do you purchase your aftermarket parts on the internet, or do you get them at a shop. And if you do get them from the internet, where do you go? Help would be appreciated.

I got all my parts aftermarket. Much cheaper that way + I get to pick what brand/style I want.

Yo, thanks fellas. I was checking out the advertising section on this site and so far, I have found 3 things I like. I saw the 17 in. Konig Hurry, Quicksilver wheels for $119. The Randode Cold Cathode interior lighting for $100. And K&N Replacement Air Filter for $58.77. Are those ok parts? I was reading the reviews on them and they seemed positive. I'm sorry for all the questions, I'm new to this, but I've been trying to study up on it tho'.

If you don't mind, and have the skill and tools to do it, you can save HUGE on lighting. I have personaly done Cold Cathodes under the dash and seats, and Led's in the cup holders for less than $40 total, but that is with a lot of my own labor, and I had to build all the wiring harnesses from scratch myself. I was a Mechanic for a lot of years before I switched to Engineering so I own all the tools, and have the rusty skills. Besides I like doing all that stuff, and there is a certin pride that comes from doing it yourself. Good luck.

speaking of aftermarket, does anyone know if any engine internals have been realeased for the xA. Im talking pistons, rods, valvetrain, etc? Planning a turbo kit intstall with some little upgrades to the kit, ready to spend the money to keep the car working properly under high boost.
