Unfortunately I'm not going to buy another set. I'm just going to make this one work, or send it back and work with these guys and try and get a discount because of the hassle. If I can't get these things working by Saturday, no, Friday because I'm leaving Friday, racing Saturday, then I've got plenty of time to work with Wedge Engineering.
I'm even thinking if I can't get these to work by Friday, then to just return them for a refund because my fiance doesn't want them in the 'her' car all the time, so I'll only be installing them for track days and this one may be the last in the xA RS 1.0.

Here's why lowering the seat could be a bad idea, especially if you're tall. Part of the reason the xA works for tall people is that the seat is high and your legs are quite upright for such a small car, at least compared to other small cars I've owned and driven. This gives plenty of leg room with the stock seat height. Cut two inches off the seat height and you're taking over an inch of leg room too.
The stock seat with side airbags is 13" high from the carpet to the top of the cushion. In my upright driving position, I keep it almost near the back slide setting, leaving enough room for a passenger in the back seat. Draw an invisible line from the front of the seat to the carpet for a place to start, then measure to where the floor starts curving up (which is generous since your heel probably sits before that. That gives me 16" of distance from the seat to the front. The hypotenuse of the triangle there comes to 20.6", which is the closest thing we're going to get for a generic "knee bottom to heel" measurement of legroom.
Cut 2" off the height of the seat and you're down to 11" of height. The hypotenuse of the triangle there is down to 19.4". So if you cut off 2" of seat height you lose 1.2" of legroom. Something to think about if you've got long legs.
So you bought an RS but the sunroof destroys your head room? Shoulda thought about that on the test drive, huh? :) That's one reason why the RS was a no go for me.

I am quite happy with the stock xA. I am 5'10" and can operate this xA while wearing a hat and still not be brushing the headliner. In my old Metro I had to recline the seat back to keep my head sans hat or cap from touching the headliner. It would be desirable to operate a prospective vehicle for a few weeks to experience the undesirable traits prior to purchase. Unfortunately the dealerships do not have loaners for this purpose. Rental perhaps?
Well to start out i found nothing wrong with the stock seats in the xA, but i go a sweet deal on some Nex racing seats. I had them installed on a set of sparaco brackets. the seats are very noticably lower. I like the feel of sitting in my car 10x more. The door pannel arm rest is Perfect now, before it was to low to be effective. They made the over all feel of the car awsome imo.. now i just need some shoes for the car
