Any 1st gen. owners thinking about adding 2nd. gen?
My wife actually likes the 2nd. gen xB so we may end up with one for a daily driver. It's cool with me cause I can stop putting miles on my xB. Any others in this same situation?

In all seriousness though, the new B is going to be a pretty sweet ride. Have fun with it.

The good thing about all those stock Scions rolling around is that they will be available in a couple of years at a decent price. As to the xB2 and xD.....I will have to wait and see.

We're planning on replacing the minivan soon, with something smaller.
But whether it's the xB2 will depend on:
1. Is it easy to get in and out of, like a crossover or a minivan (or an xB1)>
2. Will it tow 1000 pounds (officially)?
3. Does it offer more bang for the buck than the 12 other cars it now appears to directly compete with?
We'll have to test drive one to find out. Meanwhile, I wish I'd bought a second xB1 and left it in the original packaging for later.

no to thread jack but scion kinda lost me since they are departing from the whole huge interior space in a city car package. If anything ever happens to boxy loxy, I'll be going with a Rabbit.

My wife and I are looking to trade her 05 in. The saftey features would be nice. We have a kid so side curtain airbags are a huge selling point. I am keeping my 06 until the wheels fall off.
