Default anyone ever drift in their xb'?

interesting enough, it would only be someone who knows cars exceptionally well and understands the mechanics of drifting.. so is there any special person here who has managed to get their xb' to drift?

If is a wet road you could do a clean long radus u-turn style slide by using the e-brake. As far as doing a real drift yea still need rwd. Haha.

As the newbie of this forum, I run the risk of ridicule and harrassment and flaming ... but ...

there is NO WAY a front-wheel-drive-vehicle can EVER drift.

read about it from any search engine.
i get all my sources from the SR20forum community. I am in the process of selling my 1992 SE-R cause my wife and i just bought a 2004 xB

what you are attempting to do is ___-Dragging - simply put.

Sorry homie, but you just cant drift a front wheel drive car.
Once everyone in a FWD vehicle understands that, and the physics of what makes a drift, a drift, there will be no mo silly questions - m'mkay?

Yeah here's FF "drifting:"

http://videos.streetfire.net/search/...8935556436.htm

I wouldn't think of doing it in an xB on pavement.

Our chassis doesn't do oversteer well.

ff drift is stupid , but with a very stiff chassis , and a good driver you can easily do weight transfer drifts . e-brake drifting is 100% retarded .

There is a video somewhere of some kids putting lunch trays under the rear wheels of a front wheel drive car. You would not believe how much that car slid around. I know its kinda cheating, but it looked really awsome, almost like drifting. I know I can't drift in my xB, but thats what my dad's '04 GTO is for right? ha ha. I'll try to find that vid.

That didn't take long. Its even funnier than I remembered. Might not be work safe b/c of some mild adult language. Anyways, here is the closest we will ever get to fwd drifting. http://www.collegehumor.com/movies/1614396/

the falken civic hatch drifts pretty well actually.

but as for the xB for drifting... it will never happen. i can barely see it doing hardcore track events let alone drifting.

This thread is moronic - on the same level that drifting is.
