Auto To Manual
I would be surprised if you switched it over... MT ecu and all... and didnt throw a CEL.
My friend had a Paseo with the grandfather engine... and the differences between the auto and manual were well rooted in the engine management to the point where the vacuum lines would have to be grafted, etc....
Your best bet would to be to find a nice bB front clip. If possible, get the 4wd with associated componentry... and you will have the first known 4wd swap in the lower 48.
Smog is another story.

ok take it from someone who has done it a few times on hondas...don't be retarded and just sell your car and get a manual if your so hard up for one. Becasue its not a day night job for this car. Your better off if you really want to do this to get a whole front clip and going RHD while your at it.
