aaahaha... how bad are the dents and is paint chipped? if not, suction them out, if so, then you'd have to bring it to a body shop or get a carbon hood.

That is a shame ....... Atleast she is okay !

If it was me, I would have wrote down the plate number of the truck that the tire peeled off from and any other details such as a name on the door and such - I would call that company and tell them what happened and ask that their insurance company be notified ASAP or they could handle the repairs themselves. It is a truckers responsibility to insure that their vehicles are safe and that means checking their tires each time a load is added or removed ! They are able to check the tread and such both visisbly and by knocking on the tire ......

I would also contact your insurance company and document what happened, and you can have your insurance company call that company ......

Don't back down for a minute, it was the liability of the truck !

Good Luck

Unpainted carbon fiber body panels is one of the most tasteless things I see people do to their car.

What he could do is get the CF hood and paint most of it. Leaving a design open so the weave can show through. This way it would fit the car better.

Or you can have the whole hood covered in a heavy orange pearl (or a candy orange). Either would let the weave show through (as long as there was no base coat applied under the candy).

This would blend the hood in with the car but still show off the fact that it's a C/F hood.

Remember that "grounding" can work both ways! Have a pleasant sleep (and nothing else) tonight!

We got the 5-speed because my wife insisted on it!
