Default bB logo/emblem

well im gonna be getting a billet grill and i want to put the emblem on as well. my Q is on the emblem will it snap on or do i need to weld it or glue it?

bB emblems have the 3m adhesive on the back that just stick on.

he's talking about the front.

the front grill emblem has tabs that snap into the oem grill. thus, if you get a billet, you'll probably have to cement or use 3M tape to attach it to the billet.

A better solution would be to make a mounting plate that bolts on with the nuts in back. This would give you a nice flat place to stick on a rear emblem.

You would have to cut a piece of thin metal the same size as the emblem and have a couple bolts tacked onto it then use some washers and nuts to secure. Prolly paint it black so the color will show through the emblem.
If done right it would make the emblem appear as it's floating on the grill rather than just glued on. The heads of the bolts and washers would space it out just alittle bit.
