We had our monthly Maryland Scikotics meet over the weekend and I was volunteered to bring the grill. I thought I'd share the versatility of the xB.
Tailgating is easy.

Will it fit?

Just barely

And the hatch even closes

Yeah, it's obviously not a stock xB. The ramp is for my wife's wheelchair so she doesn't need to transfer to the front seat when riding in the car.
I still thought it was pretty cool. Before the grill, the biggest thing I had in it was a full sized sandblasting cabinet.
Skuff_Box, are you going to the 355 Scion Halo tourny and show on Sunday?

Suprisingly, no, there wasn't any residual odor. I did clean the grill before loading it up to take there and dumped the coals after before putting it back in. Though if it did, I could do a lot worse than the xB smelling like hickory smoke and BBQ sauce.
Other items of note that I have loaded:
1NZ-FE w/ automatic transmission, 2x the HP!

- 6 foot live christmas tree
- Storm door for my house front door
- My friend's 42" CRT (glass tube) television
- Full size sandblasting cabinet

and every week or two
- 2 32-gal trashcans, 1 33-gal trashcan
At one of the meets or shows, I want to see how many people I can fit in, like the old school college phonebooth stunt. I'm guessing 12 if they aren't too hefty.
