Yea thats me, was reflecting on how much of one i am...growing up i always hated the square cars with a passion and that they had no curves...ugly...etc you know which cars i may be talking about....i wont name them because its just my opinion not a general statement.

but today i leaned back into the driver seat of my Xb and said to myself OMG i am such a hypocrite i bought the MOST square car EVER!! but then i thought maybe it was my form of redemption that the Xb was soo square it was perfect...maybe that was the reason i fell head over heals for the Xb dispite my earlier convictions toward square cars lol! maybe its a only a mother could love sort of thing but when i look at the Xb i think...yea its a square but its the beauty of its cube like perfection i think that transfixed me... (the Honda element can just go 'somewhere' because that car just makes me want to hack a hairball!...ok so i named one i didnt like)

so yea i have concluded i am a hypocrite but i'm making up for it now! lol *hugs Xb*

I made fun of the first person I saw in an xB. Thought it was soooooooo stupid looking. Now I'm trying to buy my second one...... My name is dustin and I am a hypocrite too.

 

Hehe, I think everyone was like that. I know when I first saw it, I was like "wtf is that stupid looking car?" Turns out that a couple of weeks later, I bought myself one.

 

OMG i feel so much better!! lol its tru! im a hypocrite too!! i hated square cars with a passion....the only car i ever wanted before the xB was the 92' honda accord (just cause i liked it a lot) and passionately wanted a 50's model beetle cause it was round. my name is Mace and im a hypocrite too.

OMG u TOO!! i wanted a Rag top Old beetle before i saw the XB!! because it was everything BUT SQUARE!!!

 

I actually thought it was interesting when I saw them in late 03 or early 04 I can't remember. The I got to drive a modded one and was 100% sold.

Nah, you guys aren't hypocrites... it's just that previous squared vehicles didn't go far enough. The only one that came close were the old Dodge Aries K cars... and the Mitsuibishi Conquest TCi back-in-the-day.

In a similar fashion, Honda had the right idea with their Element, but they weren't bold enough to take it as far as it needed to go.

Seem that everyone who hates it and says it is so ugly and square love a Land Rover or Range Rover simply 'cause it a more expensive vehicle.
That is now my favorite follow-up for people who hate my xB. And most say they like a Land Rover...They are the real hypocrites.
