Now that I have my carbon fiber hood on my PW xB I'm thinking about getting black rims rather than white rims. I really want to stick to Motegi rims (either black ff7's or white MR7's). Anybody have any suggestions as far as your personal tastes go?

 

Looking at your pic I would go with the Black....you gotta drive it so ultimately its your decision but I would go with the Black. Good Luck! The hood looks good!

 

personally i think some all black wheels will look hot!

 

I was thinking black too but like the ff7's with the chrome lip. All black would look damn sexy though Thanks for the compliment micromachine.

 

Where did you get the hood from? How much?

If you are putting nothing more black on the outside, I would go with black also. If you want more contrast, I would get white (which I hope to some day.)

Black but only with a polished lip! All black makes it look like an abused rental car...

 

i got a polar white.......iwanted black rims.....i got R-1 gtr-10s. they are laser black( which is almost like black chrome) with a chrome outer lip. I wanted something that was colored but still blingin.

Dude, you got to go with the black rims!! The black rims would go great with the hood, 18s gotta be the way to go!

 

you got to go with black chrome it would look awesome. but if oyu go with just straight black powder coated then get the chrome outside edge. So it doesn't look like that abused rental car.

 

Go for these If you can afford them and get them on that would be impressive. Maybe someone could photosohop that...

but on your car, black FF7's would be perfect!
