brakes acting weird at low speeds?
i have 28K on my tc. Lately as it has been getting colder out (up here in wisconsin) i have been noticing that when braking at a slow speed and turning to the right, a weird sound comes from what i believe is the front drivers side wheel/rotor. its almost like a scraping sound. It doesnt do this when i brake from a higher speed, such as when going on a road at like 60. But if i slow from doing like 30, i hear this noise. I also was wondering if a rotor may have been warped because i just got my new toyo proxies put on and they may have over tightened the wheel. thanks for your help!

If they were warped you would feel the pulsation through the brake pedal. I'd check your pads. Others have had to replace their pads at about this amount of miles.
You might have a rock wedged in between the rotor and the shield. This happened on mine when it was new. But the rock fell out before I had a chance to take the wheel off. It didn't make noise all the time, Only when turning.
