Cabin Air Filter Fabrication (Not 56k Friendly) PICS
Ok I know its been done and thank you all who posted previous solutions. I made the materials as simple as the other posts I have read.
Filter Location: Open glove box and Squezze / Nurse the Nubs out of the way and remove Glove box.

Filter has a Zero on it on my car, pull tabs right and left to remove.

Filter Tray removed:

Parts: $9.99 Ordor filter and $1.99 1 sided sticky weather striping, can make many more. Oh and pair of scissors!

Cut to size:

Add Foam Seal:

Insert Plastic Grill:

Finshed Part:

Insert your new Air Filter and replace glove box.

15 minute job

yes, pre-made filters for the Scions can be bought at the dealer or ordered from many autoparts stores - it's just that they charge waaaay too much...
