Car Horn
One of the former members of our club installed some "Ferrari" air horns on his box which he bought off of ebay. They were freakin' loud. He said they plugged right in though (I think he had to do some kind of custom mount, but the wiring was correct).

If your really serious about this you need to get yourself a compressor and tank ( as used for air ride ) and a set of these http://www.streetbeatcustoms.com/gahg032961-sy.html

Yes, they are 12v, but remember that our Scions have 2 horns, so you'd have to replace both. One is pretty easy to get to, but removing the lower lip of the front bumper is kinda necessary. The other is behind the driver side fog light and the whole bumper needs to be removed to get to it.
So by replacing just one of the horns with that one, you'd have a meep-meep horn blowing at the same time as the Ooooogaa one.
The shape/size of that horn would be difficult to install in the place of the stock horns. You'd have to make your own brackets probably. It would be better to just install them somewhere else...

There is a plenty of room in the front to fit just about anything! I replaced mine with "Awooga" horn.
