Default Carbon Fiber Decal / Overlay package

Does anyone have any experience in purchasing cf packages such as this one or any others?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=7919617992

Ran a topic search and not a whole lot of info I could find. Looking to accent door handles as well as interior around radio/climate area and shifter.

Thanks for you replies.

IMO there is no substitute for real carbon...but...looking at this guys feedback he has alot of satisfied people who have bought from him..plus it is not a whole lot of money, you could always by it, try it out and see if it is for you...and if it isnt, it isnt like you spent hundreds of bucks to be dis-satisfied.

Good luck and let us know

Try www.veneerz.com. Thay have some great kits in all kind of finishes. They have about 6 or 8 different carbon kits.

it's a thin film....... it may be good for the outside, but do not use it for your interior. I've seen them, they look cheap.

ditto naishman:

veneerz.com has some good real carbon packages, and from what i've seen on my friend car they look exelent

I used the carbon fiber vinyl overlay on the fuel door and handles, I like the way they look. I put it on the B pillars but took it off 2 days later .... just wasn't happy with it. Passing on the interior pieces and I put them back up on ebay. Seen some pictures of it that looked very good ... just thinking about going in a different direction with the interior.

Thanks for all your info on this thread everybody.

i have that exact kit. very nice install and look considering it's just vinly. actually one of the best fake carbon ive ever seen. real carbon fiber is way too much money and u have to custom cut and mold it. pain in the anus. and too much money for my blood. but this kit off ebay is really nice. two of my decals messed up and he sent replacements for free
