Best kit for the $$ and the fitment for the US model is the RED GENIE.
PM me if you are interested in one. Price should be very good.
Here are some pictures (this one was from the WCC xB that was at SEMA)

Let me or Nilo (xbboy) know.
And as far as rims. The Axis that Mike Jett (subcode) is selling is a REAL GOOD price. I know that they are brand new. Hit him up.

Call scionfx, (go on scionfx.com and click contact). They have a few bodykits for the xA. If you need a good deal, make sure you say you talked to showpaojoe with the blue fab xB. They hook up a lot of people for me but hurry, they run out fast selling to the east coast.
You have to take into account the fact that if you can only afford a "cheap kit," you'll also have to pay for installation and paint, and in the case of most cheap kits, installation might cost a little bit more than you'd expect because of poor fitment and quality of the kit. So you gotta remember that the cost of a kit does not include getting it on to your car and looking good...
Amen to that! Unless you can install it yourself, plus do all the bondo work, sanding, and custom painting yourself, expect to put out some additional cashola. You also need the fastener kit, and some of them need moulding for water runoff.
I would recommend the Kei Design kit from Scionic. He sells them through sProdigy, and it's in your price range. Don't think the website is up yet, but you can send Scionic a pm.
Haha Joey sells the Fab knockoff for a few hundred more. His website is
www.tl-factory.com.

Great point....on some " lower priced" kits the fitment is not the greatest. You might have to spend more at the body shop to make it fit right. With that added cost, it might equal getting the real deal instead since the fitment is better.
Not all lower priced kits are like that though..some fit real good but in my experience most don't fit as nicely as the higher priced kits (normally better finish and materials are used)
Another alternative is to do the Nish Designs ..full carbon fiber splitters, canards etc..that will cost much less and it will look real good on an xA in my opinion.
