I thought it would be lame if my first post was in the classifieds, so here ya go. I've been reading this site a while, and love all the sick rides here. Mine is fairly stock, but I have yet to see one with chrome trim down the side, really sets it off with the wheels imho. I mean, it's no lambo doors, turbo, supercharger, or air-bags, but it's mine. Dig it..

what size wheels and tires are those?

 

I'm not feeling the side moulding at all. But, a drop would really make those wheels pop!

 

i like the side molding, its def, something ive never seen on an xb before

 

the side molding is not bad...wouldnt run to the store and do it to mine but i like it on yours...

 

If it is the #M backed stuff you cut to length it will start to wick water in the ends and start to look bad fast,I had it on the window moulding for awhile looked good at first.

Perhaps with some DF210s? Had them on until I started commuting and traveling heavily for work.

 

The wheels are 15's, tires are stock size. It's what the dealer had on it when I got it. Same with the side molding, came from the dealer about a year ago, still looks good! Thinking about wrapping the scion for work, however, so we'll see how long it stays.

 

Yea, that drop looks better, but I just don't really dig the moulding.

Nice looking "conservative" Box (much like my own)! I think the molding looks pretty cool, especially on that colour.
I just did the lower window molding, which I like the look of, too...

 

i don't care for the trim either. makes it look too much like a box! really! just mho. maybe with white wall tires... anyway kinda reminds me of a 'business man's coup' from the late 40's or early 50's...keep goin and who knows?

 

hey!! a chrome luggage rack would set it off nicely. needs somethin' chromy up higher. billet grille?

 

i am starting to find it oddly attractive...kinda like that girl in high school who wasn't real pretty but had that magnetism. it is different and i DO appreciate that!

 

it goes well with your wheels and that's good, since without your wheels i would have to strip it. looks good and welcome to SL!

Actually, I do like the Chrome molding/trim on a BSP Box.
But, then again I'm a big fan of Bling!
