Someone posted at Edmunds in the car review section that the cold air induction system improves performance when the A/C is turned on.

Can anyone else confirm this?

(btw, I'm in Chicago, patiently waiting for the Scions to start arriving. Thank goodness for the auto show.)

 

from what i know, the a/c makes the car not perform to its maximum potential.

 

compared to another stock scion both with the air conditioners running, the one with an intake "might" perform better. But you really will feel more power by turning the air off.

 

Maybe if you could find a way to recirculate the cold air for the air conditioning into the intake........ :D
