I've pretty much all but decided that I'm going to get an xB, so I'll have it within a week or two hopefully. I'll have to get it from another lot since I want a specific color and in manual transmission. At first was I going to get the xA, but the xB is just something that stands out in the crowd. I don't think I've ever seen one in my area, so all the more reason to get one. Then again, I've never really seen any Scions around here in the first place. I guess it helps that the closest dealership is like half an hour + away.

Anyway, help me choose a color for my xB. I live in West Virginia, so the dirt does get pretty bad, so that's why I am worried about getting another black car. I loved my Toyota Matrix in Black Sand Pearl, but it was pretty hard to keep clean. I did really enjoy the color, though.

Vote and/or respond. I'll appreciate it very much.

 

Well, this has been a big discussion on this site for a while... I say go with white, it stays the cleanest. I too have had dark colors in the past, and its too much maintenance IMO.
TCM is a nice color, but it seems like most people get that color... Honestly, all the colors look nice, it come down to:
1. Maintenance of keeping it clean.
2. How popular that color is in your area.
3. If all else fails, go with your gut!! :D

I also went from a black car (Golf) to an xB, and wanted a color that looks ok when it's dirty. TCM is the most obvious choice, but I just don't like it. I got camo, because it looks "comfortable" when dirty, unlike say BCP or BOP which I think would just look like a dirty car.

 

Whatever you do don't get thundercloud , PLAYED OUT

 

I'd push for the Polar White: Easiest upkeep finish, less load on A/C in summer, safer (easier to see at night/in rain/in fog), and the 'crisp' color matches the 'crisp' lines of the box.

My second choice would be the camo because it looks nice, but it fails most of the above things...
