Default A couple pics of the beginning stages.. 3 weeks old.

Here are just a few pics of what we've done so far, basically just a little vinyl, some wheels, tint and stereo (springs are going in this weekend as well as the armrest if it gets here). We will also be doing a full carputer with 5 or 6 tv's, GPS, and DVD playback, leather interior, carbon fiber accessories and dash kit, and then the almighty 2ZZ swap. These pics were taken yesterday after about 3 weeks of ownership.

Fuel Empire is a company I am a part of that you will be seeing much more of within the next few months. I'd tell you more, but we'll go live soon enough and you'll know all about it then.

And the 2ZZ is a reference to the Celica GT-S engine. We are going to swap the engine and 6 speed trans into the xB, and then boost it.

so what all is involved with that swap....i mean the xB doesn't give you that much room to work with what all are you going to have to fabricate to get that in there such as mounts, lines, etc.

Back to the engine later. I can't wait to see a write up on that swap.

The wheels are great!

you wont be able to fit a turbo back there let alone with it's very hi compressio ratio expect a max of 4 or maybe 6 lbs boost. if u wanna boost go with a celica gt motor it has lower comp. ratio so u can get up to 8 lbs in there and it starts at 140hp so yeah. more potential. .....if u can get the motor in and somehow have 8-10 inches clearance between the back of the motor and the firewall. good luck tho

alot of work. 1 hard mount fabbed in and then semi-custom mounts . fuel lines will have to be altered and a higher flow fuel pump is probably in need. and the biggest trouble is cutting into the fenders so as the engine will fit . the tranny is longer/wider so yep. it'll rock ___ tho!!

I hadn't even looked where you were located. Saw the Lee Co. license plate and saw the houses/lots and *knew* it had to be either the Cape or Lehigh.

Who's doing your vinyl?

Trust me - we'll get it all in there :-). And you can still boost high compression motors, just have to be careful about it and tune it accordingly, altering a few things here and there. We have that covered as well.. hehe. It's going to take a while to line up an acceptable engine and trans and have all the work done, but it will be a real rocket when it's done.

Remember the big "Classroom on Wheels" logo on the side of the portable classroom at Mariner? I did that installation when I lived there. :D Spent plenty of time in Cape Coral. :D

Lookin' schweet.

...probably found out how hefty a price tag a reasonable 2ZZ and 6-speed was going to run him. I looked around for a 2ZZ/6-speed combo in decent shape, but decided against the idea when I saw the price tag for one that wasn't toast. Let's just say I'd be better off spending the money on a new crate motor for my Z!
