Your valve caps are probably getting stolen by kids, keep an eye on bicycle wheels 'round your neighborhood.

 

Yea, That's what I figured. But I put a camera on it just in cause it didn't stop there. Could be emblems next or even vandalism. At least this way even if the police can't do anything, I'll at least know who to look out for.
