would any one know if it would be possible to cut the out line of a skull into my front fenders? i want to put the skulls with blue LEDs behind them. im not talking about the whole skull just an out line on both sides

can be done pretty easily if you have the ***** to cutt into the fender.. get a good template and a dremel and some masking tape.. the fender has a n inner and outer layer, so you can mount the led's inside, between the plastic (engine side) and metal fender ) outside).... be creative... i would like to see this one when done! wonder though if it will cause any vibration through the pattern? good luck let us know how it comes out.

 

Forget the dremmel. Take the fenders off and have someone do the design you want with a plasma cutter. You will get better results .

x2! If you're gonna do it, do it right.

 

First you'll have to find someone with a plasma cutter and is talented with it. They can be used just like a pencil in the right hands. Then go from there. Show them your design and ask them how much they will charge to cut the design into both fenders. It's almost like a steel tattoo.

 

wouldn't a "steel tattoo" be more like paint? ^^this is cutting a design out.
