Ask for Jeff or Charles, they're deeply involved in supporting the Scion Community in DFW.

Or you can come meet our crew at Scion of Lewisville.
Yeah, the Scion Guys at Sport City are alright--heck, Jeff even bought me lunch today, that's how nice he is--but he doesn't have my showroom or my sound system!
But seriously, whichever dealership you visit I hope you meet a Professional Scion Product Specialist. Those of us who consider ourselves to be in that category love our jobs and have fun doing it.
Good on ya.

PS And keep a tab on Scion Life. You get to hear what people are really saying about this product or that dealership. Gotta love that brutal honesty.

I have purchased two Scion xA's. The first one I purchased from Freeman Scion of Hurst. The experience was OK, but not great. The second one I purchased from Scion of Lewisville. They had a much greater selection of cars. Roger, the Scion Sales Manager was super to work with. Scion of Lewisville has been great with customer service as well. Highly recommended! Tell Roger that Jeff and Kevin sent you!

I'm a Scion Manager in Houston and I say go see Jeff and Charles at Sport City. They really help all of the DFW Scion Clubs out with anything they can. He even reserved rooms for 30 people to roll down to Houston for the May 29th event we are having for Scion owners......If that doesn't say he cares about his customers and about the Scion community, what does!!!
Not saying anything bad about any of the otehr dealers, but I know the guys at Sport City have proved themselves over and over again.

I bought my Xb from Plano Toyota. Worse experience I have ever had buying a car. The "Manager" of the Scions was real nice until he made the sale. Then no follow or call backs as the parts were delayed and delayed. The "Finance Guy" said he was cutting me a deal with the extended warrentee and I find out later (on this web site) everybody gets the same deal. He really charged me $100 more.
Even when I take the car back for the free oil change, they always screw something up.
Finally today when I went in for service I thought I was going to get away with a good experience but NO While I'm paying for the 10K service fee, the clerk screws up the paperwork and I'm having to argue the amount.
STAY AWAY FROM PLANO TOYOTA

They have a deal where you buy free lifetime oil changes and tire rotations for $249 and I decided to go for it. Problem is they forgot to do the tire rotation, even though they noted in their computer that they did it. I noticed that my front tires were getting worn at 7K miles while the rears were still pretty good. Had to bring the car back in, had to argue with the guy that does the oil/tire changes, had to tell him to get a tire tread depth gauge to check it for himself (not only did he not believe me, apparently he was too dumb to think of that for himself). Then they go ahead and do the tire rotation and act like they are doing me a big favor when they tell me its free of charge. Never mind that I had already paid $249 for the service.
I went home and checked the lugs with my torque wrench - according to the manual they should be at 76 lb-ft of torque. Out of 20 lugs, 3 were loose.
Now I'm beginning to have problems with the pinch protection on my sunroof activating when I'm just trying to close it. I'm kind of scared to bring it in for fear that they will make things worse.
(and this is just the experience with the tC, don't get me started about the problems with servicing my wife's xB...)
Yea Sports City guys are GREAT to work with. We have been there a few times and we have changed our mind about the colors a few times. We decided on getting the Blue Onyx. And since he doesnt have any on the Charles said that he would order us one from another dealer. THE SCION GUYS AT SPORTS CITY ARE GREAT PEOPLE. They are VERY patient and cool to talk to. They dont rush you on a certain buy.
So you should REALLY go see them.
