Default Day old xB owner checking in....

As the thread title suggests.....just bought on 06 Cammo green xB from Cerritos Toyota yesterday to replace the 99 Isuzu Trooper that was my wifes daily driver and our weekend family warrior (we have 2 kids 3 and 6 months). Gas mileage was a PITA and we were wasting both 4WD and all that space. We do a ton of camping/skiing/surfing etc, but this still made much more sense.

The car is an absolute thrill to drive (even lacking power) and the interior is awesome. I couldn't be happier with the purchase.

I am not new to modding cars as I have a jdm inspired Civic that is my daily driver and I've been a member of ClubSi for 5 years now. I look forward to using and abusing these forums to add a little bit of style to the box. Any suggestions as to a site with discounted accesories and the sort? First purchase will be a full Yakima roof rack which I found for a steal on Therackwarehouse.com, but since I didn't opt for any dealer installed stuff, I'll be buying and installing myself.

Any input/advice will be warmly welcomed.

Great site you guys have here as well!

Mine came with floormats and the rear cargo cover, but thats it. First things after roofrack will be an armrest, fogs and rear bumper protector.

Default ...Cabin Air Filter....

Your awesome interior will collect dust UNLESS, you buy or fabriciate a Cabin Air Filter.
Scion sells cars with a tray for a Cabin Air Filter, BUT does NOT provide a filter for it.
Buy one from the dealer for about $22 or go to AutoZone or Advanced and pay about $12. You can make one yourself after reading the TECH thread called 'Fabricate your own Cabin Air Filter. You can see photos and read instructions about how to pop the glove box off it's plastic hindges to access the Cabin Air Filter Tray.
(You've been BOXed)
